Recently, on my way to get off work, I saw clusters of wild pea flowers blooming on the side of the road near the iron fence of the exterior wall. Its scientific name is wild pea. It is a perennial plant with opposite leaves. The flowers are shaped like broad bean flowers, slightly smaller. The pods mature in autumn and jump by themselves. out. Cattle and sheep like to eat its twigs and buds, but will no longer eat them when they mature.
When I was a child, I went to herd cattle and often saw a lot of them growing in valleys and riversides. Sometimes they are also seen on the ridges of fields. Because they are weeds, they are easily eradicated by farm ladies or killed with pesticides. Now that it has come to the city, it is estimated that its seeds have taken root in the yard of the unit along with the soil due to greening, and it is extremely adaptable.
The petals of vetch look like dancing butterflies, with various colors, including red, blue-purple, and white. The blue-purple in particular is very dazzling and dreamlike.
The wild peas hid in the corner, no one watered them, and no one fertilized them. They bloomed quietly, for fear of being shoveled away by iron, and bloomed silently.
Wild peas are obviously weeds, but they live like flowers; they are obviously short-lived, but they linger tenaciously in the shade of the corner.
It’s really called copper peas that can’t be killed, cooked, or steamed. It is like people living at the bottom of society who don’t care about worldly views and don’t stick to trivial matters.
